Thanks you for letting me say something about this place as you know. Well I when to thier office to really my hardest to talk to them about a survey. Federal government know that I work with Salesforce for businesses world wide. They was cute to me and want to called the police on me I know everything that is going on my friends you are at risk from now on and it's going to cost you lots i have a businesses like you that's why I work with self force lone wolf real estate i know what you don't know about your place and I will make sure you solve your problem otherwise you will lose your business license.i know about the date relation if you don't know try again it's going to be hard.if the Federal government denied i will go ahead and appeal my right by low federo Canada know things you are at risk thanks you

Unprofessionalism at peak, took more than 2 weeks for application to be approved and told me now they don’t have any apartments available. Head office need to work on their application faster. They don’t even inform me anything that its not available now. Luckily, i got place and I didn’t rely on them. I was texting them daily, but they will just say they need more documents with replying very next day or if you text them near 3-4pm they will just ignore 🤦🏻‍♀️. New people moving here just try something else.

My move in experience was good, the people are very nice and they make the process easy. Only 3 stars however because they are renovating the balconies and trying to repair the AC, both of which barely even get touched every 2.5 weeks by the contractors if they even show up and I was never able to utilize these during the nice weather. Otherwise all in all everything is pretty good for the price.

I had the most AMAZING experience with Kimberlee!!! I was in an incredibly difficult situation and I had no idea what I was going to do. She was/is so patient and kind to me. She explained everything in a way I could understand. She also went above and beyond in helping me feel safe and deserving of my new life! Truly a blessing!!

I've had cockroaches since I moved In. With multiple promises of treatment and call backs they have continually failed to fulfill their promises. Definitive evidence that they knew about the problem before I moved in and failed to notify me.

I booked a showings for 3-4 place now that have been canceled on me 30mins before the showing and it seem as the person didn’t even know I had a showing that day and the rent prices didn’t match with what they said over on there and text and last thing places never look the same

My experience in this apartment it so exciting.I had lived for 8 months at 11 greenbrook drive east and I had lived for 1 year at 1023 3avenu east now I am living at 1027 3rd Avenue east . It so quite and nice place . And the manager cherry she is so friendly and very committed lady . She is helping and easily communicate with the people renting so I want appreciate her for her help and smart of management.

I originally came to Char in a panic to get out of an abusive situation. She went so far above and beyond to get me into a place within days of us meeting. The year that I spent here was pretty comfortable. Char continued to be an absolute blessing and such a friendly and happy person to deal with. 🥰
