Have followed up to have my deposits returned that were fraudulently taken from myself, Greg nor his associates even acknowledge the fact that they are renting illegal and dangerous suites.

Nothing was done to “make things right” instead I was told hands are tied. Have also confirmed with the rental permit division of Coquitlam they are knowingly renting an illegal suite with no permit or inspection. A “professional” real estate company that employ irresponsible property management and take on illegal housing. Do not give this company your business.

The WORST property management company out there. I specifically worked with Clayton and Devon. Both were pretty non responsive but I’d say Clayton was the worst. No matter how many texts or emails I sent him they’d be ignored for weeks. I lived in a horrific unit for 3 months. I was flat out lied to from the start about the condition of the unit. The electrical was completely messed (wires inches away from a fire, big appliances sharing breakers, plugs in the walls that don’t work), the bathroom had a hole in the floor that had dirt in it and not sealed from the outside, the bathroom also vented into the laundry room SOAKING it whenever you showered, holes throughout the unit that let cold outside air in, no thermostat separate from upstairs (no access to your own heating source), sewage back up in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, a rat infestation in the backyard, mould on the bathroom floors, broken window blinds, a fridge that didn’t work for 2 months (without getting a repair), no insulation in the flooring or the fireplace AND the entire almost 1000sqft unit only has 1 smoke alarm… and the list goes on. The landlord and management team is not receptive and doesn’t fix any issues or respond to emails texts or calls. This rental severely affected my physical and mental health. The absolute worst company you could ever rent from. I do not recommend working with this nightmare company.
