Worst customer service for an architecture firm. The receptionist didn't have the decency of connecting me with the office manager and hung up. She didn't try to check if I was a client, partner or what my exact needs were. I would not recommend this firm, as they lack professionalism, ethics and basic human decency.

Baird AE is truly in a class of one. We have been dealing with them at the Environmental Energy Institute and Turbulence and Energy Lab (University of Windsor) since they started. We have never dealt with more progressive, creative, approachable, and accountable consultants. Matt, Haley, and their Teams are very resourceful thinkers - then they execute - with reliable accuracy that hits the mark. I would emphasize that they push the leading edge with new approaches in their art - but they are also all about "common sense" solutions - you will get the solution that fits you - it's always built around you.
