Building itself needs work. The resident manager is beyond rude. Fails to tell us when work is being done to the building (ie just had our roof replaced. Took 3 weeks, and she never gave us notice of it happening. My roommate works midnights) There is also a "NO DOGS POLICY" which I find complete bullsh*t. I own a dog and when I moved in with my boyfriend who was the lease holder she said it was fine as long as we took her off the property to do her business. There are at least 5 OTHER dogs (bigger then mine even) in the complex. Lately this landlord has taken to singling us out to complain about the dog every chance she gets.

We are moving as soon as possible (even though I am 8 months pregnant) and I will never be recomending Balner to anyone. No wonder they have 4 empty units, 2 of which have been vaccent for well over 3 months.

Got rejected because i have little service dog. she didn't even look at my application called me next day and said we are not renting apartment due to covid. I wish I could talk to the owners . Not property manager .

Buildings are poorly maintained. Management is reluctant to deal with anything. Mold growing in my roofs they tell me to keep my windows open an hour or 2 a day. I keep my windows open almost all day everyday except for winter, because the windows get covered in an inch of ice and I cant open them
