I bought a bunch of fiberglass insulation and a bunch of lumber, 2 weeks later I opened 4 bags of insulation to let it expand overnight to use the next day. We'll the next day my insulation hadn't expanded and there was wet spots all through it. I phoned these guys and explained the situation, they asked me to bring it to them to look at. They agreed to credit me for the unopened bags but refused to credit me for the product I had opened, and accused me of leaving it out in the rain. Well, there is a steel roof on my garage, that didn't seem to matter and the fact that it hasn't been any real rain at Goose Lake in the past 6 weeks. I won't mention names but the guy I dealt with was a real a_ _ hole and best he would offer was to "Agree to Disagree" as he pointed me out the door. I guess they want and earned this review over $300 in insulation and an old guy almost 70 years old and on a pension. Maybe Mr. C, likes screwing old guys. Martin
