Sharing my personal experience - they could not file a simple 2016 tax return. I am still dealing with issues that were caused by their office with no resolution to the problem (almost a year later). They have junior staff completing tax returns, but it’s as if it’s their first time doing so. Explanations to their actions do not make any sense. I had to pay all tax refunds I received back to the CRA - what a mess. In previous years, I have always filed my own tax returns online with no issues, reassessments or follow-up letters from the CRA. The year I let them do mine, it was problem after problem. Do yourself a favour and avoid this office.

2 times in a row they get my address wrong and also 2 times in a row where I'm calling the CRA to change my Address because they can't look at my ID and get it right. Already been waiting 2 months plus for my refund. The only thing their quick at is taking your money.
