We had a TERRIBLE experience with BDO Red Deer for the performance of our 2018 taxes. Their team somehow managed to mix up our receipts with those from another one of their clients and then they had the audacity to be rude to us about their mistake on several occasions. In addition, we really had to press them for information about the status of the situation as they seemed to be avoiding any responsibility or follow up. Their team made no attempt to rectify the situation for us whatsoever and made it clear that they are not at all concerned with the accuracy of their work or the quality of their customer service.

I wish I could give them 0 stars based on our overwhelmingly negative experience; and I would never, ever recommend their services to others.

Extremely upset with the services I have been given . Not only did it take 6 months for my return to be kind of completed as I am still awaiting additional information.. I had to call every month leave messages and no return calls. I then was emailed a bill that I owed money for my tax return but never received a call they had even been completed. (oh wait cause they haven't still been completed) BDO states its normal to charge prior to any work to be doneAlso an additional fee for technology fee? (Cost of your business not mine) . Only person there of any help is office manager . My Accountant and account manager take no responsibility and just don't return calls or deal with any issues . No recourse in this company .

When I needed help I went and met with Tami Rogers and she is AMAZING & friendly. I went to another place before i met with her and the people just made me feel uncomfortable. She could answer all my questions...and put my mind at ease. She knows her stuff! She was very supportive at this time in my life. I would encourage anyone to talk with her.
