Let me start off by saying that I rarely write reviews. A company or person really has to make an impression in order for me to write one. The staff at BDO are incredibly professional, welcoming and friendly. I had been worried about my loans and debt for a while and had no idea where to start. I called one day and started talking to Heather French, we met in person later that week and within the hour that I was there, she helped me figure everything out. There was nothing I had to worry about after that day, all my stress was gone. I cannot reccomend BDO enough, and a special thank you to Heather French for helping me!

Should be minus a hundred thousand stars. Filed in 2016 and I am still dealing with issues they were supposed to have dealt with. They stole property then tried lying about it, then lost it. Told one thing and another would happen. Communication is beyond poor. The level of arrogance throughout that office was and I am sure it still is, extremely toxic. I wouldn't recommend anyone deal with them. You are better off finding a local trustee or making up a repayment plan to deal with things yourself or you may end up dealing with the shenanigans I am still dealing with.

There is nothing easy about debt - you have to take ownership of your part in it. I received amazing help, guidance and support from Adam at BDO St. John's. I asked the questions, got the answers, followed all the steps and I am now totally debt free in less than 4 years.

Helped me out but horrible communication. Left me scrambling last minute to collect information, on more than one occasion. Had my time back I would of went elseware. Commutation is huge in these situations and this company failed to do just that!
