Very unprofessional. I applied to this company as a Cabinet Vision Programmer back in mid July. The following day, I had an interview and they were eager to have me start. I waited a month later to finally receive a job offer and was excited to begin. I had left my previous job and was awaiting my start date.
After that, I was completely ghosted by the owners… I had sent multiple emails and texts, and still haven’t received a response to this day. I’m still unsure as to why, and even sent messages asking them to at least let me know if they changed their mind in hiring me. I, however, still didn’t hear back. Very disappointing and unfortunate.

I would NOT recommend this Company!! This Company at first was great to work. The company has not followed through with repairs due to admitted errors made by the company! In the midst of a death in my family I was taken advantage of. The lack of integrity to follow through with repairs is unacceptable. I originally spoke with Heather and was then transferred to Irina who originally seemed helpful. During the death in my family, I was grieving and lost sight of this as my family needs were priority. There was a break in connection due to the death in family. Upon reaching back out was after many emails and conversations prior to the death in my family no one responded. I would.not recommend this company at all! I understand miskakes happen. I was very patient and understanding of the mistakes and gave much grace in allowing them to fix the problem. They made the same mistake twice when installing my countertop and replaced it but the same error was made with the relplacement. My contact has been ignored. Please know this is not proper customer service especially for someone who was dealing with a death in their family. I was originally happy with them and willing to work with them but they stopped communication.

We did get quoted early in April of 2022 and were happy with the plans they proposed but our project was delayed so when I followed up with them again today to requote but they mentioned that they now have a minimum spend of 50k so unfortunately we had to back out :o( It is a shame since ours was a large project.... brand new kitchen install with island but not 50k
