Terrible customer service, and an unkempt store. I was with Bell for the past 5 years, and was looking to get a new phone. I went in the store to check out a model I was considering, and there were so many empty phone stands. The store looked quite run down since I had last been in it. The screen beside the Samsung display wasn't working, it was out of order, and so I had no idea what specifics the phone offered. I asked if there was any way I could try out a demo phone of what I was interested in and the sales rep begrudgingly pulled a brand new phone so I couldn't do anything with it anyways. Instead of asking me about my current plan, he asked for my account information and told me what kind of deal he could give me today without any breakdown of the costs. (I later went to Telus Mobility and they showed me their computer screen and asked me specific questions about what I was looking for.) The sales rep gave me a price for 2 new phones and a new plan, and I told him I would have to speak with my husband since we're on a family plan. He said something along the lines of "the deals change every day so the offer might not be here when you get back." The whole transaction felt grimy and gave me bad salesman vibes, so I left, and later went with a different provider.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Staff there lazy and NOT EVEN HELPFUL WHATSOEVER. The woman helping me was super useless. Did not give good options. Was with bell for years and now will not be. Bad customer service.

Gurleen was fantastic. She helped my family upgrade 2 of our devices and to move one phone plan back to Bell. Unexpectedly delightful, she worked with me even as I was stressed and expecting a much more difficult process. Excellent service - thank you, Gurleen!

Tried to get new phones here as I wanted to leave Telus, the associate was initially helpful over the phone but when we went in, she spent the entire time we were there talking on her phone (in another language so I honestly have no idea if it even pertained to our phones..) and then eventually told us she couldn't do it and wouldn't tell us why. When we asked if we could try another store or if it was a bell issue she she wouldn't tell us either. We went across the street to the bell in the mall and was told this location isn't actually a corporate bell location and the associate had literally locked us out of bell by triggering their loss prevention and we had to verify our identity with bells loss prevention and everything. In the end, we got phones through the bell store at the mall.

Another interesting note is other customers came in when we were at this location and she repeatedly told people to go to some other bell 10 minutes away that is presumably also not corporate and seemed annoyed when we recommended to the customer to just cross the street to easily access another bell store instead of driving 10 min.

Needless to say, this was a terrible experience at this store. Stick to actual corporate bell stores for actual good service.

I went to another store in South Common and had difficulty paying my bill online. Both brown "boys" couldn't activate my phone on their landline with my cc. The man here did magic on my phone to get it activated again.

Great customer service. GURLEEN was amazingly helpful and got the return device completed very nicely and efficiently.
Earlier I was unhappy but seems had genuine issue with system.

I had a very frustrating experience with my long-term provider, but ended up transferring my account to Bell. The main reason - Jaibil gave amazing customer service and was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would HIGHLY recommend Jaibil and his willingness to make a great impression
