The glowing reviews in here are obviously people who work for Parkbridge...
Walkways and stairs are not maintained in the winter despite being charged for snow removal. They must be counting on people not realizing they can sue (for free) for personal injury.
On every street there is one or more people with motorcycles- its not very quiet here.
Power and water outages are constant occurrences, including some full day power outages in winter when the heat should be on.
Trailers that have been 'under construction' for years with junkyards full of garbage, hot way tanks, old appliances, etc.
Roads are full of pot holes and swept about every 5-10 years. They re-pave partial roads occasionally and call this capital expenditures while trying to increase lot fees by 20%.
You must sign a 25 year lease that comes with 40 pages of rules (many of which aren't legal, eg. you can't sue them).
Water is shut off frequently (5 times alone in Dec 2023, see photos).
Parkbridge tries to raise lot fees past the 2% allowable amount every year claiming they make expensive upgrades ("capital expenditures") that are routine maintenance (see photos).
Trees are not trimmed and fall on roofs and they will not take any responsibility when your property is damaged due to their negligence. You and/or your insurance will have to go after them.
There is a Facebook group for residents to rally against them and their dishonest attempts to hike lot fees, Acorn is involved, as are ward councillors. Community meetings are sometimes held for residents to defend themselves against these slumlords.
If you have ANY other options, STAY AWAW!!!

Thanks for leaving your email Parkbridge, I already have it! I've only ever been ignored or you've lied to my face (shout out to 'property manager' Ozzy Demers) so I think I'll save myself the time it takes to email you again... Only communicate with them in writing!!!

For the most part I enjoy it here. Unfortunately the water and power are shut off frequently, and the roads are in rough condition. It's also very very hard to get a hold of someone if you need them. We had a large storm last week and a tree on our roof and can't seem to come to a conclusion with anyone.

I like this park..Its nice in the summer. I'm glad some of the roads have been re paved properly this year..it will be nice not falling into pot holes this winter as I walk to do my groceries. My housemate broke their shoulder from falling a couple years ago and still suffers with the pain.
I don't understand why most of the pictures to show this place were taken in the winter. The summer is when the whole park blooms alive...but of course those pot holes would show...

Worst place to live they do nothing for the people here they pick on certain ones and leave others alone. There is a massive cat problem and the animals damage the homes and nothing gets done. The roads are so bad it damages cars the pictures in the site are false there is no nice area to walk around. The staff are mean and don't ever consider what the people who live here say. Also the roads they say may be fixed in 5 to 6 years this is 2019 and they have been like this since the new owners. It used to be nice 20 years ago but it has gone down hill the staff is rude to anyone who disagrees with them. They ripped up front yards and we were responsible to clean up their mess and put grass seed down. They tell you there are all these rules and yet they can't even keep up the roads for us. Also people have massive water build up in front of their homes and they do nothing about this. Let's not forget the mailboxes at the front of the park aren't always accessible for the elderly or a person in a wheelchair in the winter time.

Parkbridge has done a good job updating units and infrastructure. Still some issues with our water in winter, but much improved overall. Very affordable and a nice place to live.

Just love the place. I am having a hard time beleiving how quiet it is in here. People do not know it is even here, they cannot see it from the road. We have been 4 tears and love every minute of it.
