We noticed our building started to get cockroaches. We messaged Craig and told him. He responded telling us it wasn't an issue.

6 months later and talking to city bylaw, he was forced to get the builing fumigated.

Also impossible to get any repairs or work done if needed. And when it does get addressed, we're given the material and told to fix it ourselves.

I don't recommend moving into a building managed by benchmark.
