This is a note to the parking officer who is responsible for supervising the lot at 220 Duncan Mills. There was heavy construction there when I visited with my 2-week old baby to see a doctor. The parking lot was absolutely full without any spots available. Not only was the parking lot FULL but the construction and roadblocks did not allow for cars to maneuver around the tiny lot all that well. Because of the construction, half the REGULAR parking spots were blocked off. You would think that with 5 accessibility spots and only 3 regular spots available, that the parking officer had enough common sense to let people park in the accessibility spots. Not only did he not approach the situation professionally, he started yelling at me and my baby, he also questioned my ethnicity and nationality. This man is rude and angry and definitely requires further training. Luckily, the building security guard escorted a car off the lot for me so that I can park and make it to my baby's appointment on time. I hope you take the time to find out who this man is and ensure that he doesn't treat all the patrons of the building with his rude and racist behaviour. It's unacceptable in 2019.

Their property has no security cameras installed any where. The area or building I am referring to is 170 Sentinel Rd, Super high risk area, and no security cameras anywhere in this building.
Reasons why tenants need security cameras, other than the fact that it is a "ghetto" neighbourhood, it is situated right next door to government housing (and not to mention that the rent is ridiculously high), is that THEFT occurs.
I was moving, and brought a table down to the lobby area, left it in the lobby and went to get my car from the basement. In 3 minutes I returned to the lobby area with my car to load the table into the trunk only to find out that the table is gone. I wasn't gone for more than 3 minutes. When I returned, 3 minutes later, to the lobby, my table was gone and no where to be found. Like it disappeared into thin air.
There are no security cameras in the lobby area, none in the elevator, none in the parking garage, no where!.
It is 2020, and this building has no form of security or ease of mind when it comes to theft or theft situations.
It makes me think that someone can easily come into the building and steal from the people who live and have to pay such a high rent for no protection. I mean, if they can steal something as a table in broad day light (1:30 pm) in under 5 minutes, who is to say they cannot break and enter? or keep on stealing other things from Rent Payers.
This company needs to take better care of their buildings and their tenants' security, period!

They recently just towed my 70 years old mothers car on my birthday, at the building I live in and own in. My mother was dropping off a birthday cake and to wish me, not over for more than an hour, and the front desk women at my building the MET in Vaughn called the towing company. Within the hour my mother's car was towed. Horrible company, treating their tenants like inmates and a prison.

This has got to be one of the most crooked, inhumane, money hungry, “family run”, organizations in Toronto. Avoid at all costs

I don't know what these people are talking about,I've lived at 2020 Cliff Rd.,this place is cleaner than most places I lived at,an if the people in the building cleaned up after themselves it be better. An not let there dog or dogs pee an not clean up.

If there was a way to give them a 0 star, I would. They're terrible, rude, thieves. They charged me for a month and a half, illegally removed my incentive from my lease, and stopped responding to my pleas for a refund of the stolen money. Now, I'm getting into trouble with CRA because I can't prove I even lived here for my first 2 weeks! STAY AWAY!

Not easy to reach this company at their main number. There is no option to reach reception. Voice mail did get answered the same day and the person on the other end was helpful.
