I’ve used Berteig over the past 8 years for a variety of training courses such as Certified Scrum Master, Advanced Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner. Overall my experience has been quite good. I found the quality of the content and trainers top notch and the price was reasonable based on the information shared. All the instructors I had were very open to deep diving into specific work scenarios which participants mentioned during training which I found a good learning experience. Overall the course is also very well organized with emails sent out early explaining the content, dates , pre work etc. overall I highly recommend Berteig Consulting

The training was really helpful and I was able to understand all the roles of a Scrum Master. As a person who is currently responsible to take over the scrum master role at work, the training videos, assessment and the 2 training sessions were really helpful for me to understand the roles and responsibilities of a scrum master and how a SM is different from the Product Owner. Mishkin as a trainer was really good, very patient and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend doing Scrum Master Training course at Berteig.
