Met with Jonny, and discovered a person who is passionate about what he does. I got the sense he values his clients health as if it were his own. Extremely good service, and very friendly. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I had went in on the Saturday the 22nd and spoke to Emma and was finding out some information regarding some products I ended up buying a product but I was still kind of unsure about it so I did some more research and this morning I called back and I spoke to Johnny the manager I have read a bunch of good reviews about this place but it makes me wonder if they are bogus or fake when I had asked him a few things this morning it seemed like he was giving me a song and dance like he didn't have the patience and he didn't have the time and if you don't have the patience or the time to spend with customer that is inquiring about stuff then you shouldn't be running a store. I needed to find out some answers and he may not have all the answers and I understand that and I understand what he was saying to me but it was his tone he kept saying well it could take at least a couple hours we could do this for a couple hours going in circles and that kept coming up in the conversation which to me says I'm bothering you and I don't you don't have time to answer my questions or to understand what I'm asking fully. I also found out that they have a sign I guess apparently by the cash but it was not pointed out to me at the time of my purchase I had purchased item and then I had inquired to my doctor and also looked up information regarding it and it was not the thing for me so when I called to take it back I was told I would get only a store credit it's unopened not used and it was only an hour or two later on the Saturday so now I called today and this is what I was told is that they only give a store credit and basically you buy something there you're stuck with it unless there is something else but what if there is nothing else that you need from the store a page a person should be able to get their money back as long as it is not open and you have the receipt and it is under 7 days it's only 3 or 4 days so I found this very unprofessional also his tone in the matter which he spoke to me over the telephone was very demeaning he made me feel like I was bothering him and wasting his time which to me and to everyone else I know a person like that shouldn't even be in business I will never shop there again and I will also make sure that all everyone I know in my office and everywhere else that this is a place not to go to. I don't usually leave any bad reviews at any place but this one really upset me especially when I was looking for advice and wanting to return something that was not used and I have no need for. If Johnny if this is the way you treat people you're going to be out of business.

Beyond Nutrition is my favourite supplement store. Jonny is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He doesn’t just try to sell product. He genuinely cares, listens and tries to help you.

12 or 13 years ago i went to beyond nutrition, I was 19 or 20, broke, and really into body building. I went to buy some protein and Johnny reccomended another product as well because I was having a tough time gaining weight. I told him I couldn't really afford it right now. He said he would give it to me for free and gave me a beyond nutrition t-shirt and said to wear it to the gym in return. It meant alot to me at the time and 13 years later I won't go anywhere else.

Absolutely fabulous, I left with product that I knew exactly why I was going to take it, what I could expect and felt it was my decision and not pressured to make the purchase. Jimmy and his associate were exceptional and knowledgeable. Make sure you make this your first stop when looking for information and the right product that will meet your needs.

Jonny has a wealth of knowledge. I always appreciate his advice, overall energy, expertise and smile! The staff at BN is always helpful and friendly. In the last year, my oldest daughter (21yrs) had been having several ongoing health issues - fatigue, sickness, injuries, brittle nails, abdominal pain, headaches, bruising easily, inflammation and acne. We had already been focusing on her gut health and other deficiencies, but there was little or no improvement. Frustrated and concerned as she is an overall healthy eater and active individual, we knew it was something deeper and had a feeling her liver wasn't functioning properly, so she went for blood work. Results came back and Bilirubin was flagged at 34!!! Normal score is >17. Her doctor was concerned and asked if she had any signs of jaundice as this high of a score signifies liver issues or other underlying health conditions. He gave her a new requisition to head back in two weeks. In the meantime, we went to Jonny - picked up a detox kit, castor oil and liver pack. She was diligent sleeping every night with the pack and taking the detox. After two weeks, she went back in for blood work... results for Bilirubin were at 16!!!!! Incredible change - and proving once again the wonders of natural medicine, and how powerful the body is at healing itself.
