A good friend resides in ErinBrooke and I have to say this has been the craziest run complex I've ever been accustomed too. The sidewalks are hardly ever shoveled, the neighbors don't mind their own business. My friend has been harassed by condo board members that live there and it has continued to property damage to her home and vehicle. Her front window was shot out; she has received a threatening letter from these board members that she must give up possession of her property when she has been victimized by these said members. I arrived to her home tonight and have slipped on the walkway and have been made aware this is a constant issue. My friend has mentioned she has filed complaints in regards to this particular issue and I personally believe this is why the harassment has ensued. If someone parks in front of one specific unit they will key your car when its street parking. I'd hope more complaints start coming to the forefront on how this property is run because this company has got to be one of the craziest run environments iv ever been introduced to. God forbid I ever had to live there.
