Not really impressed that during the renovation the website says they are still open. Just drove an hour to find out there is no personal service just an ATM.usually a great service....very frustrating........

Even the ATM is out of order now.... apparently a few more hours of driving to be able to pay the bills, very convenient....ha ha

While visiting Osoyoos for the winter I was required to do some unexpected banking for my sick father who also lives elsewhere but deals with the Bank of Montreal. I was dealing with the very courteous staff in the bank when the bank manager, Leslie Anderson, walked by and got involved in the conversation.
Next thing I knew, I was in her office and she was calling Head Office and my Dad's local branch and dealing with each and every issue that I had. The service was way beyond what was expected!!!
The friendly, expert advise went a long way in solving my father's issues and making my life a lot easier.
It's no surprise why the Bank made Leslie the Manager at that Branch. They could never find a better Good Will Ambassador than her.

Warning: The manager of this branch can be downright nasty to deal with and at one point outright lied to me. I learned this after contacting her about how a recent transaction was handled by a lower level employee.

BMO have usually been good to deal with. This location not so much.

Incompetent and ill-mannered bank staff require re-training in business banking and customer service. Customer issues should be discussed in private and personal privacy respected.

The front desk staff is very racist, you can tell when they are serving the person in front of you very kindly and when it is your turn they don't even reply the “good morning” and they don’t help you much.
Very disappointed!

Management is terrible and very inexperienced. However, the tellers are great. Not enough staff. Lineups are long and take a long time.

I've just moved to BC and I needed some documents to be notarized . I am not a BMO customer but the manager at the Osoyoos branch was so kind and gracious. I love Osoyoos.
