We joined Bodilogix Bootcamp in September 2024.I was a little reluctant as I did not really know what to expect. I am so happy that I joined. Andrea is an amazing trainer. She takes the time with us to go over all the exercises we will be doing for the evening.She shows us the proper way to use the machines and goes over what areas of the body we are targeting. We are now starting our 4 th bootcamp. Andrea offers 1 2 or 3 classes a week. I have noticed such a change in my body. I I feel stronger, my posture is better, and I can actually see results. Andrea allows you to work at a level you are comfortable with. The boot camp girls are fun and fabulous. I highly recommend joining.

Erin T's yoga classes are comprehensive, well-paced and restorative. There's something for everyone regardless of if it's your first class or your 100th. Erin makes sure all of her sessions are engaging and maintains a very welcoming environment. The studio setting is also comfortable, calm and clean. Namaste!

I joined Bodilogix Fitness at the end of November. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the classes, cardio equipment and one on one weight training. I just completed a 6 week “take it outside” program. It was really nice to be around people even with social distancing. It was a great six weeks of strength training; if you haven’t tried it yet, you are definitely missing out. Everyone is super friendly and Andrea does an awesome workout, working every muscle group!😊

Update your damn hours, it’s so disappointing seeing a gym that supposedly going to close at 4 AM and it closes at 5 PM. Change the hours and I’ll change my rating SMH.
