Tom Bolland of Bolland Associates provided state of the art Quick Books accounting and understanding of our Not for Profit. Tom took the time and made extra time to understand the business activities, cross reference, draft all his work for review and then complete our year end(s), corporate taxes and legislated filings accordingly.

I wouldn't do business with Thomas Bolland if he were the last accountant on earth! -- My Experience with him was as a 'vendor' to the Barrie Yacht Club (of which he is a member/treasurer). After accepting to do an urgent repair (emergency service call on an external door that was not latching) to the club - I submitted my invoice and subsequently had to 'hound' Thomas to get paid! (it took almost 14 days!) He was cavalier and rude in his communications - and refused to honour the agreement made by one of the club's key members with regards to me terms of service!... I even quoted the job low to honour their agreement to swift payment! (Considering how he treated me - and the fact that the job required a return to the club on a Saturday -- I really should have charged them almost twice the invoiced amt!). I can't imagine that his affairs with his business clients are not reflected in how he treated me! Guess that's why he only has 4 reviews!

Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and honest. Give you the information you need to know, makes taxes easy and painless. Explains all the details thoroughly and in language you can understand if you are not an accountant.
