Worst company so far. Just sitting and getting free money from people. No service. No answer from office. No response to phone when being called on Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 4 PM. Only good thing about is making free money from people pocket. No response of emails. Never solve problems of tenants. Despite of multiple times complaining. Rude behaviour of staff. Have proper training of staff in customer service in management level.

Poor Property Managers. Some not even speaking proper English or understanding basic Landlord Tenant and Human Rights issues. Do not care for tenants when even when it is the tenants who pay their salaries. Do not treat Superintendents well. No Assistant Superintendent for years resulting in delays in repairs. Do not cooperate with Human Rights housing issues unless lawsuits are about to be brought against them. Repeated violator of Human Rights. Read Polito vs. Briarlane Property management Inc., 2019 HRTO 708.

This is for 1700 Victoria Park Av. Our car is parked at the very end of the lot beside the side street. It has been broken into, headlight has been busted, catalytic converter taken off and absolutely zero compassion from super & management. There are cameras surrounding the building in & out and still all we get is a "ooh, there's nothing I can do" there are other tenants with THREE parking spots, many tenants with cars have come and gone and no offer for a better parking spot. This is unacceptable that my property is being damaged and there's no one offering a solution

1580 Sandhurst building is very bad. Very poor service that tenants get. No superintendent to take care of tenants issue. No clean. 1680 building superintendent is so rude and she response to the tenants inpolitley. Her reaction to the tenants like the tenants area living for free . No one is living for free of charge. We don't get the service for what we are paying. Supposed to be 0 🌟

The issues with 1580 & 1600 Sandhurst was and is caused by Briarlane Manager she fired good people and brought in incompetent superintendent who was completely useless. His wife sat in office all day on computer and he woke at 11am only to put on tool belt to look important his favorite time spent was picking thru thrown out furniture to hoard in various locations of P1 rooms. Manager is still in charge of these buildings Briarlane needs to review her or bring in a hands on Manager not just someone who show's up to collect rent cheques. Briarlane should consult paying tenants about issues regarding building
