This place is horrendous I have seen what goes on and I would not trust any of the KIDS watching your children. I was there supporting my individual from a separate company, this person works for the owner . I witnessed a child being dragged across the floor and his lunch box was thrown down the hallway. The worker then shut the door after throwing it so the child couldn’t run to grab it. When I spoke about this with the owner she said she would need to discuss it with HR and that she couldn’t let me know the resolution but that there would be an Investigation ( she asked me to fill out a report and assured me that she would look into my concern) , as well as talking with the SIVA instructor. I was told by a previous employee that “she is HR” And her SIVA instructor is her husband! The owner then called my place of work and got me fired from my position, saying she didn’t feel comfortable with me coming back, and she threatened to fire the individual I support who works for her. She was going to fire a worker who had nothing to do with that, simply to get rid of me. I was warned to take pictures of the report I filled out by a previous employee, as she would throw it away. I also spoke with the bridges supervisor and was told that it wasn’t appropriate and there was nothing she could do. This establishment is awful, and I would never ever want my child to step foot into this place. Go somewhere where there are educated adults who have experience with disabilities, not junior high or high school kids. It’s disgusting that the owner would fire someone to get rid of a problem, she made sure I could never return by getting me fired from my job at a separate company.

I'm giving two stars to be generous. My daughter has been with them for about a year, had some great staff working with us but they have all heen pulled and we were told the only respite willing to do anything because they saw cannabis in my home is the summer camp, but first day there they used siva on her because she wouldn't answer a question about a clean diaper. Very complianced based, all about behavior modification and not actually addressing the issues... I'll be looking into new respite for the fall because our summer has been completely screwed after all this

If I could give - zero stars I would.
This establishment feels more like a building of utter chaos. I repeat do not send your children here, I’ve been heavily warned about what goes on and I’ve witnessed the incompetence.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. My sister has been through hell and back with this company. The staff is rude to her, leaves early, even though they are being paid for the hour. They know what triggers her seizures, yet they purposely do those exact things to trigger them. My daughter and I were there to witness one of them walk out and slam the door, when all my sister did was talk calmly to her. The staff member then wrote in the book that she was the problem. So they cancelled her services and now she has no one to help her. Management did nothing, they sided with the horrible staff members. We will be taking this to the media and court. Absolutely ridiculous.

Observed summer program at Park Lake. Staff seemed attentive and caring. There was one dead wieght. The reason I am posting a review is because I am discusted by the amout of garbage remaining after vacating their area. A woman by the name of Deanna walked around only pucked some clipboards etc but left all the garbage after giving it a good look . SHAMEFULL!!!

If I could give them no stars, I absolutely would. Been dealing with them for a couple years and it's been nothing but hell. They can't keep staff to save their lives. We were constantly without staff, constant no shows. Had a staff we kicked out of our house for saying to my kids they could make more money making meth bombs then bath bombs (he was never fired) and when they told him he wasn't coming back to our house he still showed up the next day and kept trying to open our locked doors Management is absolutely horrible and rude to deal with. Heard first hand from staff that they are supposed to provide child welfare checks, criminal background checks, have license and proper insurance but our staff of a year (who thankfully got out of this hell) had never been asked for any of it. So parents have no clue if they could have a child abuser taking care of their special needs kids. They tried to fill out a constant form for me and I absolutely refused that one I was constantly billed for min 10 extra hours for almost 6 months straight and refused to sign invoices until they were fixed. I hadn't checked the first 6 months of invoices so garunteed they were paid for a hell of a lot more hours then we received. Now with no communication, no consultation, no meeting with FSCD worker who he still qualifys for funding for NOTHING I get a rude email stating they can't provide BA services anymore and that's it the end of of hell and the beginning of something much better than this horribly ran company. Take your kiddos and run far far away, demand to see child welfare checks, do NOT trust them when they say they have them because they don't! Track your hours and check your invoices, seems like someone there is pocketing money because of all these wrong invoices. All these 5 star reviews are from Lori the owner of the company and staff to try and keep a good review. I have photo proof of everything, that I'd gladly share.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible place in every aspect. Working there was terrible, and I only saw suffering in the families they worked with. Would not recommend. Also the owner (Lori) likes to leave five star reviews for her own company, so it’s completely unbiased of course (sarcasm). She also gets her employees to write good reviews as well. All of the people that have 5 star reviews with no comments are employees. Both embarrassing and disgusting.

Been dealing with them for years for my son. Depends what B.A you have and age I find. Was very happy with the service in Littles but as my son moved to teens things changed a lot. Very poor communication and just kinda hanging. Feel this company is becoming very dishonest :(. Not much choices in this city and makes it very tuff. I would rate 2.5. Lots of empty promises to.
