I moved in here with an already existing tenant and I was given permission at first. This place is full of cockroaches, mice, out if date appliances and horrible maintenance.

When calling the office for repairs they have you constantly pay for all damages even if it's wear and tear. They don't do anything about the mice but just give mice poison. They tried exterminating cokcroaches twice to no avail which resulted in my friend and I getting our own cockroach poison which solved the problem for the most part.

Stove and fridge need replacements but they only say to unplug the fridge and replug it after 24 hours. Our food often rots and eventually smells. When we requested new appliances because of our rights they threatened to evict me because I told them I would go to court through my tenancy rights. Most of the people here are low income families and people who have no where else to go. This place doesn't listen to their tenants and often threatens them or scares them in order to get what they want. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They always blame your for the problems of their hundred year old over priced property.

Bristol Estates is a poorly operated apartment complex. Management talks about all the other tenants with other people, in & out of the complex. Maintenance doesn't fix issues in suites in a timely manner. Tells tenants they'll be here at one time & show up 5 hours later. If you want a rental that includes mice, cockroaches & silverfish, this is the place.

Some tenants have gone for years without working showers, no heat, mold, cockroaches, silverfish & mice. The owners don't care. They are evicting everyone anyways. Management badmouths tenants all the time. New Property Management Company are bullying tenants with threats of eviction & fines.

Full of cockroaches and bedbugs that bug spray won't get rid of. Awful service. Broken laundry machine takes your money and you aren't compensated. Nobody knows who or where the landlord is. The complex has been protested, there's lots of drug use and fighting going on inside and outside the premise, not safe or clean at all.

I started renting here May 2015 im finally moving! Ive complained about catching mice almost one a day for over a month, cockroaches and mold on walls and windows. They just say it my fault. I have has very sick kids from living conditions they dont care. Ive reported them and now im bringing this to the media.
Dont rent here its a real dump! Your health is worth more! They have a price quote up in the office for cockroach spray and mouse poison. You are to keep paying for their dump!
One ground suit has chickens and roosters living in the yard and in winter they live in the house! On the block behind on 105ave is full of prostatutes even my 15yr old son gets asked lots. My kids walk by this all the time for school also them doing needles and changing clothes on the street. They even have some prostitues living in the buildings.
Rugs are about 20 years old. A lady living here forever cant even get new rugs. They wont replace.

Very nice place. It's a old complex and pet friendly apartment close to everything and have a spacious suites. If you are looking for affordable apartments and close to Surrey central this would be a good choice for you. They have some issues but they will explain everything to you . GREAT MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE TEAM!

Mice, cockroaches and the landlord doesn't care about any of the tenants so they go through the winter without heat. Maintenance is spreading rumors about other tenants that could result in them losing their jobs. Maintenance also claims that he's done prison time, making tenants afraid to let him into their apartments.

This place is a dump. Mold, mice, cockroaches, and a bunch of useless staff. They fix things very slowly. Unfortunately this is the only place that I’ve found that except big dogs/Pit Bulls. There is so much construction going on around here that I’m afraid that this place will be sold and I’ll have no where else to go. The staff is a major joke, I really don’t think that anyone has a carpentry, plumbing or electrical degree, so many of the work is shotty.
