Staff was amazing! Rooms were clean and updated. Friendly service! We were there with a huge group for the special Olympics summer games, and the breakfast was great restaurant was nice. VERY CLEAN all reviews before this doesn’t even come close to the experience we had! Would highly recommend staying here!! Hotel was renovated since last reviews

Absolute worst meal ever. Wife and I dined there for the first and last time recently. Her rice was floating in a pool of water and my striploin looked and tasted like it was prepared in a microwave. Never again.

I've had rooms at the Brittany 10 years ago and 5 years ago, last night I was impressed, newly renovated rooms modern carpet and showers, new comforters, and fresh paint, Food in the restaurant was fantastic and big portions for a price that can't be beat, really good and friendly service, I never leave reviews but I won a free nights stay so the least I can do is let everyone know what a present experience I had. 100 per cent would stay again l.

Stayed at this hotel last night for a wedding get together. Our bartender Nicole or Nikki was absolutely perfect. She catered to our every need. Fast, friendly service. The rooms were ok but it was a very windy night and we lost power at 5am for a few seconds and it seemed like the heat never built up in the rooms after that. Overall, great experience. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Had new years eve reservation for 11 people for 7pm..all the other reservations were made to wait in foyer for 45 min..service was unprofessional. Server puts order in and still we were asked what we ordered. We were not asked if we wanted a drink. I asked for a cocktail list and was told I had to go to the bar to order. Dining room was not prepared for the amt of guests. Some people had to wait 40 min at front desk to pay. Not a good experience at all.

I've tried calling the motel over 10 times in the past 12 hours and no answer. Very customer service. Can't even answer their phones.
