Been renting From this company for the past 5 years and it has been great. Anytime we need something repaired or fixed Matt is on it and usually taken care of that week. Quicker, if it's more serious. Very knowledgeable about Landlord/Tenant rights as well. Very fair and reasonable with owners of property where we are renting as well and has an open communication with all parties involved. Renting with Bulldog property has been amazing and we enjoy the company. Highly Recommend them to renters and people who want to rent out theoir property

Bulldog Property management has been looking after our home for almost 5 years now. I can not say enough praise for them. Matt and his highly skilled team are absolutely amazing! They are knowledgeable, patient and very understanding and helpful. You can relax knowing that your investment property is in great hands. They know the law, the maintenance and every aspect of a complex and sometimes not easy process of owning and renting a property. Sadly, during covid we had a tenant that was not paying and knowing the legal process was extremely crucial. They were there to guide us and answer every one of my questions. We are looking forward to working with them for many more years to come! I would absolutely recommend Matt and his team to everyone looking to have their investment property look after with care and professionalism.

After 3 years of looking after our 5-unit building in Barrie, we did our research on property managers and picked Matt at Bulldog in December 2016. Bulldog was worth every penny - the stress disappeared completely! A bonus with Matt is that his wife is a paralegal and provides services at costs that are well below other paralegals I have used. We have been very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them. On a final note, we sold the property and Matt was awesome in looking after all the final property details so it could close successfully.

They are in charge of renting a neighbours house.
The renter has terrorized the whole street, even the little kids. The house is now a fire hazard. Bulldog has collects money and is unaccountable for the property, unable to manage renters.
It’s amazing how negative reviews keep getting deleted.

I used Bulldog for almost 4 years and it was an excellent experience, rent retention went up due to qualifying of tenets, property conditions did not deteriorate at same rate as other rentals not being managed by BPMG. Only reason I do not use BPMG anymore is properties that were in that region have been sold.
