Hans is very knowledgeable. He is patient and has done an excellent job taking the time to explain things to me as I am new to investing. He responds promptly to emails and seems to genuinely care about my investment success. I highly recommend Hans and the rest of the BPF team!

Had a meeting scheduled with Hans via the online booking. Had to take time off work to go to the appointment and NO ONE WAS THERE! I was never given notice that the meeting was canceled or needed to be rescheduled. Extremely unimpressed with the customer service, and would highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

im thinking im like a lot of Canadians we go thru our working lives saving what we can , usually to RRSP's then. we get to the retirement stage & think, can I outlive my savings? will I have anything to pass on? Hans & Anne-Marie did an assessment & are balancing my needs extremely well in these difficult times. that & as far as I can see they do it not by cutting open a goat & looking at the entrails, but by ongoing research. am recommending them highly.
