The customer service at CST is a undeniably one star service, if it could go lower, I would rate it as such. In the event you would like to reach out to a representative, be prepared for a hold time on the phone for at the very least 50 minutes, and email responses take 5 days. It is painful when you invest with a company for over 20 years and their customer service is abysmal. Every year at withdrawal time, it has proven to be a mighty feat to retrieve the money you have been entitled to receive. You would best served elsewhere.

This is my first time writing a review on Google, because of my worst investment experience CST gave me. Their advisor came to my house 3 years ago after my daughter was born. The lady told me all the good things about RESP, and I decided to deposit $209/mth which gives me the maximum government grant. Early this year because of some family issues I decreased my deposit to $50/mth. The person on the phone told me she already changed the amount and they would send me a form. Didn't mention what the form was for or what would happen if I didn't send the form back. Because I was tied up by the family issues and totally forgot about that form, I end up received a letter said I own about $500. I didn't understand, but no matter I called or emailed, no one could explain that to me. While I was tring to find an answer, with out any warning or notice, my account was redeemed. They took off their commission fee and sent the rest to my account. So guess what, after contributed 2 and half years, which was $6000+, I got $1000 something back. I tried to find someone to explain to me the whole thing, but the only thing they did was to blamed eveything on me. Now I know they were only nice when you are putting money in, but when there is a problem, you can't find anyone to solve the problem. They don't care about anything except for the money, that's why they charge the commission from your initial deposits. After they got the maximum they could get from you, you are nothing to them. Although I lost all my savings, at least I'm not involved with them anymore. What if I contributed 18 years and got screwed up......Anyways just wanted to share my experience and hopefully no one else being fooled by this terrible company again.l

I have repeatedly tried to contact the individual at this company to make changes and have received absolutely no response. I would give zero stars if possible.
