We are so impressed by the level of professionalism, integrity, care and attention that the owners Brett and Janet showed us.
We had a last minute important guest and I wanted to refresh our outdated kitchen in less than 3 weeks. I didn't think it was possible. I googled the best in Calgary and Custom roll out was the first one I noticed, I was pleasantly surprised how understanding, supportive and genuine they were. Not only did they deliver what's promised, 2 days ahead of schedule and my kitchen is beautiful!! Thank you again Janet and Brett. Loyal customers here. Till I need you again, next time let's do my laundry room 🙂

I recently had my upper kitchen cabinets replaced, refaced the bottom cabinets, my island, and 2 bathrooms + med cabinets with a quartz countertop and faucets by Custom Roll-Out Drawers. I am incredibly impressed with their service and work. Special shoutout to Wally for his fantastic solo installation job and to Brett for his meticulous measurements. Although I wish Russell had pushed for drawers in the bottom cabinets, that was my oversight. I highly recommend Custom Roll-Out Drawers to anyone looking to reface their kitchen. Thanks to the entire team for a job well done!

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Custom Roll-Out Drawers in Calgary. I provided them with a quote from another company, and to my astonishment, they contacted that company (Unique Storage and Organizers) to inform them I was seeking quotes elsewhere. This is a blatant breach of confidentiality, and at no point was I informed or asked for my consent. It’s incredibly unprofessional to share client information without permission.

David, the owner of Unique Storage and Organizers, called me, questioning my decision to seek quotes from other providers as if I was not allowed to do so. I made it clear to him that I had not committed to any vendor and had every right to obtain quotes from multiple sources.

The actions of both companies in sharing customer information without advising clients are unacceptable. It’s one thing to provide a referral when unable to take on a job, but it’s another to deliberately share information without customer consent.

Additionally, Custom Roll-Out Drawers demonstrated poor follow-up and a lack of responsibility in their business conduct. I found them to be untrustworthy and would not recommend their services to anyone looking for professional and confidential dealings.

Sales team was very helpful with suggestions for our kitchen renovation when we explained what we did not like about our current kitchen. We incorporated their ideas and got a superb final product.
Office team was very responsive, kept you informed of your kitchen reno progress before and during the install. Install team was excellent and suggested minor tweaks to the original renovation design to make the kitchen even more functional. We have done 4 minor renovations this year and Roll-Out drawers staff was head and shoulders above the others for communication and service.

Custom Rollout Drawers was finally here last week to fix the repairs and missed items. Finally done. The biggest issue now is that the hinges placed on the lazy Susan door are not warranted. I was informed about this when repair issues were being discussed.

While we were waiting for the repairs to be completed, we went to all of the big boxed home stores as well as numerous kitchen and cabinet stores. Not once did we see a piano hinge and magnet setup for a lazy susan door.

In my opinion, the hinges that were installed when this building built, were better than what they originally installed. Make sure you know what hinges are being installed. Question as to whether they are soft close or not. Do not sign the “job completed form” until you have time to check everything out.

If you are getting countertops, make sure that clean up is in the contract. All the cuttings of the quartz was left all over the patio and patio gloss far us to clean up.

Personally, I would not recommend Custom Rollout Drawers or Renuit for my projects. You spend a lot of money so your expectations on high quality workmanship should be observed.

Great job. Everything looks great. ALMOST. Lazy Susan doors need to be replaced as they used a cheap piano hinge and a cheap magnet to hold the door closed. The Piano hinge looks disgusting and the magnet doesn't work. Replacement door for over the microwave is still pending. Flaw in material. Kick Plate not completed.
Clean up of quartz shavings on the patio and glass were left for us to do.
Follow up by Custom Roll-Out Drawers is terrible. They talk a lot but do not perform. They were supposed to be here today, but didn't show up or call.

*This is an update to a poor review I had posted previously.*
I had issues with a few things and was disappointed that I did not get a "final inspection" but Brett & Janet took my bad review & experience to heart and contacted me to rectify.
I am pleased to say they corrected the quality that I had issue in certain areas with.
Wally my original install guy came out & saw areas he admitted could have done a little extra to fix...
They adjusted handles, fixed cut lines on the vinyl strips and evened out an area where my boxes didn't line up great
I am happy with the end result and the look of my kitchen overall is beautiful
