From the moment I met Karin I knew I found the company I was going to use. She was so easy to deal with and so patient with all my indecisions. I loved my granite counter tops so doing a whole kitchen was out of the question, so I went for the refacing instead. I am so beyond happy with it, it looks like I did an entire kitchen remodel. The installer was knowledgeable and took his time to do it correctly. Even after the job was done and I had a couple of concerns they came back and did it right to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company, I wish I had done it sooner! It has added so much value to our home.

Wonderful experience having Cabinet Magic renovate our kitchen -- refacing of the working area cabinets and installation of a new pantry, as well as new countertops, sink, faucet and backsplash. Unlike many contractors, Cabinet Magic's contractors came when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and came back promptly to do the small tweaks and adjustments that always come up in a reno. Everyone was skilled, eager to please, professional and neat -- all the things you want but so rarely get. This is the first home improvement project that I found to be free of stress. Thanks, also, to Karin for her design ideas and deligence. I'm so pleased, and you will be, too!

We are so happy that out of the 4 Kitchen Cabinet places We visited We chose CABINET MAGIC to renovate our kitchen. All the staff that we dealt with were amazing.
But our Desiner Karin and our installer Jeff need special mention as they went over and beyond to give us the kitchen we wanted and made it a wonderful experience for us, they are our stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️++

We purchased a kitchen from this company about 8 years ago. We were supporting a local business and the manufacturer offered a warranty should any issues arise. The kitchen looked great when it was completed and we were really happy with it. The installer was amazing and did a great job. Fast forward a few years and cracks began to develop on the kitchen doors, no problem we thought, they are covered under warranty. We reached out to the company to have about 7 new doors ordered and here is where the ordeal began. No response, every excuse in the book, "your email was in my spam", "we sent you a voicemail" (that I never got). To get a response you have to show up in person at their office, even then "we'll get back to you". When we did get a response, it is always "they are on back order", "the doors came in cracked" or "the colour does not match". I have been waiting since 2020 to get 3 panels replaced and they still cannot get the colour match right (even though they have the old door to colour match it). We have asked to see the owner, but he passed the issue right back to the same customer service rep from whom we have yet to hear. Beware, I will not be recommending this company to anyone unless you wish to put up with unprofessional behaviour.
I don't know how to reply to the owner so I am adding it here to my review: my home conditions are not extremely dry (humidity set as recommended by my HVAC company who services my house regularly and provides five star services), these panels are covered under warranty as per the documentation I got from the manufacturer and I replied to your rep to setup time and he has not responded as usual.

While I had no issues with the installation and am happy with the products I chose the customer service/responsiveness has been severely lacking since the install. One of the cabinet doors has cracked and needs to be replaced. I have been waiting approx. 10 months for a replacement door and haven't heard anything. The sales person (Jason) can't even be bothered to call me back. I went in to see him a few months ago and he said he would follow up and never did. I like to think I'm fairly patient with these types of situations but ten months is too long and the lack of follow-up is unacceptable.

We had the best experience dealing with Cabinet Magic but especially with Sandra. Her expertise and honesty not to mention her uplifting character was a joy. She was always prompt and hands on with everything. Thanks also to the installer Ryan. Everything looks and is perfect. Considering the quality and workmanship, the price was very competitive. We now have our dream kitchen.

I came to cabinet magic for countertop installation only in Mar 2022. Of note, they subcontract their counter installation to a company called Lattitude. There were 5 pieces that were needed for my counter top. 3 out of the 5 pieces were cut to the wrong size. They had to go back to recut them. The delayed installation by a few weeks which meant I could not use my kitchen for a few weeks.
Also, when they were installing them the first time they said, oh you need to get better brackets for your bar top. No one had mentioned this before, and what if the counter was the right size the first time around? would they have installed it with the wrong brackets? So with no recommendation on the size or kind of bracket, they told me to just replace them by the next time they come back (with the 3 pieces that were cut incorrectly the first time).
I also had a lot of issues with setting up times for their workers to come. They kept booking appointments when I was not home, and not available. I asked them to check with my first before booking the workers but they just didn't do this so there was a lot of back a forth.
I'm giving them 2 stars because after the job was done, the counters do look nice but the process was very painful.
