Cambrian Place is a wonderful place to call home. Heidi and Gloria are fantastic resident managers—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The maintenance team is quick and efficient with any repairs. The building is usually very quiet, and the neighborhood is peaceful with everything you need close by. It’s in an awesome location!

I absolutely love the charm and character of this older building. It has such a cozy, welcoming vibe. I hope they never modernize.

It’s rare to find a place that feels this much like home nowadays. I hope to stay for a very long time.

I have lived ar Cambrian Place for 5 years and it always feels like home. Building are always clean thanks to Jomar . Maintenance always done thanks to Mario. Gloria is very responsive and quick to deal with any concerns. Couldn't ask for a better place to live. It is also very convenient for shopping. Thank you.

I have lived in Cambrian place for 5 years now and have nothing but amazing respect for the team here especially our resident manager Gloria because she is absolutely an amazing rockstar! Always there to help and listen and so caring towards all residents and I am sure if boardwalk could clone her they would. She is one of a kind! So I would like to give the highest amount of stars possible and am so grateful to the team here but mostly grateful for Gloria who really goes the distance for everyone!

We've lived here for a long while and it's been very peaceful, it would be nice if we had more than one set of laundry machines but otherwise Gloria and the boardwalk Team have been great.

Cambrian is a very nice place to live. What I love most is that we have a good neighborhood and our building looks great and clean everyday because of the help of Jomar. We always have a good experience with him. He's so kind, helpful, professional and he always does an outstanding job. We really appreciate his hard work in cleaning and maintaining our building. It is a joy for everyone.

Cambrian place has been home to us for the past 4 years very family oriented and a safe place to raise kids, good neighbors and wonderful management. Couldn't be happier! A big shout out to the manager, Gloria, whose been nothing but helpful and gracious.
