Today is the second time that they didn't come to collect the garbage! I called to communicate! The customer service said it was the customer's problem and they didn't have any problems! I hope everyone will not make the wrong choice just because the price is cheap.

Excellent personnel from CCR, the frontline staff are respectful, considerate and professional! Other company staff might not care for your bins, but the CCR staff will take their service seriously to make sure your bins are empty even when you forget to put them by the curb properly. They take an extra step to go beyond and above.

Normally reliable and affordable garbage collection. But this year they moved the collection date back by one day (Wednesday to Thursday) the week of Christmas and New Years with no warning. (They posted on their website, but no email, label, mailing or schedule provided, and I don’t frequent the website of my garbage collection service.) It’s fine to change the schedule once in a while — everyone understands that — but not without a reasonable effort to let people know.

We used this company successfully for many years; but had a problem this year. I noticed our bill was very high and found CCR had increased our extra bags of recycling fee from $6 to $14 without letting us know.

I emailed them to see what was going on and they said our bags were extra full so they raised the rate. When I wrote back saying that it was excessive to more than double the rate for filling the bags they provide, they did not respond. We cancelled our service but still haven’t resolved this issue.
