Grand hotel pour la petite ville Inuvik ,correct ,personnel invisible ,literie correcte ,propre ,calme (il y avait pas trop de touriste) mais cela reste depaysant||Arret pour se rendre a Tukoyaktuk porte de l 'ocean Artique

We checked in and out 15m later... Excitement of arriving in Inuvik quickly turned in to despair, we were speechless....this was a 2 bedroom "suite" it was a dirty place. Windows, kitchen, microwave everything was dirty. The sofa and the chairs were from a 1970's horror movie, stained beyond explanation, couldn't even touch it, afraid of what could be on it. The smell.... cabinet doors fell, the balcony was rotten... hazard. The shades had dust of months if not years... dead bugs... I refuse to believe any of the reviews that say its clean...took some pics and videos, then left. What a disappointment. One good thing was the front desk asked no questions and returned our 3 night stay in full.

Stayed 2 nights , room was nice and big , great AC and room darkening blinds . My complaint is that the front desk check in woman didn’t mention that you have to request room cleaning in advance or that the wifi password changes every day, so you have to come and get the new code each morning . We didn’t get our coffee supply replenished , didn’t get any more towels , didn't get the bed made , didn’t get the garbage emptied and the wifi didn’t work the second day . For $203 a night it would have been nice to have those things done .

We were told sofa bed was made up . Definitely not made and mattress was stained with unknown substances. Comforter laying on floor in closet . We were unable to obtain a clean comforter. No facecloths available.

Dirty room , had spiders and some white stuff on the curtains and windows.Room smelled funky too. Pillows were super hard.Party in my hallway til 5 am ..needless to say I didn't sleep much.Internet was spotty and TV was grainy.

Zimmer war sauber, bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage / Möglichkeit zu lüften.

The hotel room was really dirty, food all over the kitchen cabinets, walls had tooth paste spatter and urine in the washroom. There are no black our curtains just white blinds missing multiple panels that are badly stained. We moved hotels after the first night and had to do some cleaning to make it work until we could move hotels.

The hotel has not been well maintained. The suite we were given had holes in the wall in multiple locations, the electrical plugs did not all work and some of them appeared damaged/unsafe. The TV satellite system is not properly set up, so C-SPAN was the only channel with both good audio and video, the other channels were either very fuzzy and hard to see or lacked sound or both. They claimed it was the weather, but the sky was clear with only a light wind. The kitchen had no can opener. The blind in the living room was missing pieces and so could not be fully closed. The blind in the bedroom was missing a string to move it up and down - you can see where the string was removed. There was no Kleenex in the room. The tap for the tub did not shut off properly without a lot of finagling.
