This is Emterra. Always missing garbage collection based on what the garbage collection agent feels is too heavy. I weigh my garbage now to make sure it’s under 55 pounds. Still getting notes my garbage is over weight. The city really needs to do a review of this company. By far the worst garbage collection agency ever.

Not good. They have missed collection of all three : garbage, recycling and compost more than once.
I have had to take my recycling to the depot in my own truck a couple of times. They make all kinds of excuses and not once have they own up to their mistakes. Unprofessional. Would drop them if I could.

Oh people. If you’re having issues, it’s probably because you’re not following the rules....remember rules? They help things go smoothly.

That being said. When it’s hot out, think how much these people get paid. Try chucking garbage cans in 30 degree heat. Try “chucking” your garbage/recycling/green workers something cool to drink. A 36 pack of water is maybe $4.....
