The site crew was punctual, clean and organized. They were so attentive to detail, making sure that we were happy along every step of the way. The office staff were so kind and helpful, we were able to bring our dog into the office and they were so great about it! We cannot give enough praise with how happy we are with our “new home.”

CASE are not the cheapest, but they are fast, efficient and most of all very well organized. If you want a turnkey deal, they are worth the money. Their scheduling was tight, they kept us informed and responded to any questions. Their workers were efficient, quiet and made a point of sweeping up after themselves every day. Working on a hundred-year-old house you are going to have surprises. Anything that was found was brought to our attention and a change order was written and signed. A couple of times items we had discussed did not make it to their plans, but they quickly admitted this and it was added without cost. In general, dealing with them was a pleasure and we will use them again for our kitchen.

With the crazy housing market we decided to make our current home our forever home by remodelling the kitchen into my dream kitchen.

I was six months pregnant when we were looking for companies and it was important for me to have a company that would do everything for us (I didn’t have the time or energy).

From the initial consultation to the design and implementation, Case took care of everything! It was so stress free considering we were getting our kitchen gutted with a newborn.

From the start Case Design was exceptional. Our bathroom renovation was almost 14 years in the waiting so we had a lot of time to think about what we wanted. The space was extremely small and Case met our needs beginning to end. The design was well thought out with regards to our financial ability and our ideas were met with support and sober guidance.

When it came time to execute the work, we were lucky to have skilled individuals who took a great deal of pride in producing a beautiful renovation. Every effort was made to accommodate our particular needs at home when the renovation occurred. The custom tile work and tight working area were met as a challenge and not once did the team waiver. Every obstacle was handled professionally and courteously. When delays occurred, it was explained clearly what had happened and they always had a way to move forward. On the very rare occasion a mistake was made it was accounted for, communicated to us immediately and fixed quickly.

The follow up with regards to the finished renovation has been fantastic. Any little things outstanding have been seen to and the lines of communication are always open and clear.

The bottom line is this company is who you want to do your renovations. They are kind, courteous, skilled, and honorable, and worth every penny!
