Lived here for two years. The space is nice for the price and in suite laundry and underground parking is so nice to have. Service was always quick when we needed anything. Management is amazing and very friendly. Nothing but good things to say. Ooh almost forgot. If you have a motorcycle they have separate bike sized stalls just for your bike for a small fee. Worth it!

The building is old but still caters very well to tenants.Each unit has its own washer and dryer which is really very good and convenient to tenants.

We moved in July 2024 to an apartment in the 3rd floor apartment and then we moved to an apartment in the 1st floor January 2025. The whole process of moving in and out was very smooth., appreciate Hydie’s professionalism and support. As a whole we love it here. Heated underground parking is a huge plus, and private washing machines .

In this 6 months I have lived here every thing has been taken care off from repairs to the outside maintenance Hedi and Gloria made me feel very welcome from showing my suite to my move in with Hedi.

We are lived in Cedarville Apartments more then one year. It was amazing experience. We are very grateful to the property manager Yuliia, maintenance Roque and cleaner Virgilio for their job. They did our life easier. This place is very safe and neighbours are very friendly and quiet.

We moved into the apartment in January 2024, we liked the location, the price (heating and water included) and the Russian-speaking manager. We do not know English well and it was very easy for us to communicate and received help in some matters. Quiet and peaceful area.
