I lived in this apartment for nearly one year, location is excellent. In suite laundry. Heat, Water, Garbage dump, Energized Parking stall, were included with rental price. Also Offering quick access to eateries, retail establishments: Walmart/ No Frills , public transportation, banks and school. The management staff is accommodating and quick to respond, taking care of issues as soon as they arise. All things considered, I heartily suggest this apartment to anyone searching for a convenient and cozy place to live.

We've been living in this apartment for more than a year now and we are very satisfied with the experience.

The location is great, with easy access to public bus and local shops. The building is well maintained. The stairs and hallway are clean. Parking space allocated per unit. The management staff (Joanne and Cheryl) are approachable and responsive to our concern. Repairs and maintenance addressed promptly.

Overall, Cedarwood apartments highly recommended.

I’ve been living here for a year. Management is great and very accommodating. Always quick to respond to any issues. The grounds as well as the building are well maintained. In suite laundry, secure entry, and centrally located…..overall a very good place to live.

We’ve been living here for quite sometime now. It’s a quiet place, clean, accessible parking, close to the main street. Management is very accommodating (Joanne and Cheryl). Maintenance personnel (Roy) is one call away for any issues.

I'm so happy and safe here with my son! We've been here a couple of years and still love it. It's well-lit, close to everything – school, parks, groceries – and the staff are awesome. Totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great place and neighbors.

Great, cozy and spacious apartments. Joane and Cheryl who’s managing the building are very accommodating and approachable. Also, Roy who maintains the building is very quick to respond whenever we got issues in the unit.

I am currently a resident and am very pleased with my accommodations. The management team( Sandra and Cheryl) are always helpful.and kind. The grounds and building are always kept immaculate. The building is conveniently close to schools, shopping and restaurants.
