Terrible. Scheduled a virtual showing with a representative, received a confirmation email and a reminder email. Arranged my schedule around this appointment and then nothing. No one from the company called nor communicated that they needed to cancel. Emailed the representative shortly after the appointment was set to start and received no response.

I live at one of the buildings owned and managed by this firm. The management employees have been some of the rudest and worst people I have ever met in my life. What is worse is that the building is run so badly. We don't have AC in the peak of summer because management fails to do their job and hire contractors that can turn the ac on in the building. Last year we had to stand for 30 mins in the ground floor waiting in lines to get an elevator because only 1 out of 3 was working (for residents in 40 floors). There are many more classics this management has delivered over the years and when you complain to their employees, all you can expect is a rude face barking and yelling back at you. The least they could do is have someone polite answer their dirty work.

Probably the worst property management company ever. Don’t sign up with them. AGAIN!!! DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM. They came up with a stupid excuse when they didn’t provide the heating during winter and now the air conditioning doesn’t work and they gave us an excuse saying that the contractor wouldn’t fix it until the end of July which is the end of summer. The whole building is facing the issue and the management doesn’t bat an eye about it. There’s no positive response from them despite several emails and phone calls. Initially they pushed the excuse on Bylaw saying that they wouldn’t allow the air conditioning to be turned unless the temperature hits double digits. When the temperature hit double digits they pushed it to the contractor saying that they could not fix it until the end of July.
Think multiple times before signing up a lease with these crooks because what’s important is a mental peace and these guys will ruin it.

Scheduled a viewing with this company to rent an apartment. They sent me a confirmation email that my viewing is at 5 pm today. When it was time to leave, I noticed that there’s no address on the confirmation email so I called to check. When I called I was told the place I was going to see was ALREADY RENTED OUT BEFORE I EVEN HAD THE CHANCE TO SEE. I did not receive any emails or calls prior to that to cancel the viewing. That is absolutely unacceptable and incredibly inconsiderate. Thank God we didn’t end up renting from them because I wouldn’t wanna deal with them as land lords ! Don’t get involved with this company!

277 Anderson Ave has the absolute best Building Manager! She is dedicated to keeping this building spotless and actually calls it ‘her building’, that’s how much she cares about it.

THEY LEFT US WITHOUT AC UNTIL THE END OF JULY! DURING A HEAT WAVE! when it's literally in our contract to have ac!! do not rent with them at all. they also have cockroaches and bed bugs. dirty building ran by people who don't care about their tenants. it is 29 degrees in my unit at 11pm. it is 24 degrees outside. And the AC is somehow running in the lobby and in their office when they told us it's not working in the WHOLE building.

No proper management at marq @ 1 Columbia street west .. no ac working entire building has no ventilation n its so suffocating
Residents are facing lot health related issues like dehydration n sleep deprivation especially poor pets 😢 😞 when requested for maintenance management gives some lame excuses n same thing happened last year too .
