I would give -100 stars for this company. They will harass me over things that have absolutely nothing to do with my apartment. They do not care about who is living in the buildings , they just want you to pay your rent and keep quiet. They will go to any lengths to get what they want from you with 0 altercation. And how they expect you to handle any inconveniences with them is ‘call the police’.I’ve complained numerous times about neighbours banging above me almost every night ALL hours of the night and after complaining so many times to the landlord they just told me to file a police report. That is redundant. But I could get a text from the company at 3pm one of my vehicles were too loud and there’s night shift tenants sleeping. What about my two children sleeping at midnight !!!!This business is a complete and utter joke in every professional way. And if I could help anyone AVOIDING singing a contract here I would by every means. Never mind the constant bedbugs and roaches I hear the other tenants complain about with nothing being done. Happy to be leaving. Have lived here just over 3 years now with my two young children.

I've lived in 256 St. Andrews for almost 2 years now. We've had nothing but horrible supers and neighbours (3 in the past 2 years I've lived here to be exact) who never get anything done, who also let anyone in the building and everyone run wild. I was about to move out until the new super Deanna took over. Things have been done in the building now that have never been done before, like parking spots, it's cleaned on a daily basis and she actually takes your repair maintenance seriously. I really hope this continues.

I have been living in my apartment for the better part of a decade and I have seen many improvements over the years. It's reasonably quiet place to live and near plenty of amenities. All concerns I have had regarding repairs have been taken care of in a timely manner, sometimes within a day or two, or even that day. Price is good...best "bang for buck" in the KW area. Building manager keeps the building and surrounding areas clean and well maintained, and has always been available if needed. This is no gated community, but you also don't pay the price of one. Overall, I enjoy living here, and have made suggestions as such to friends looking for an apartment.

I have had nothing but good experiences since moving here (256 st andrews st.) I would recommend it to anyone. Absolutely beautiful quiet area tucked back into the woods, tons of birds outside of my window- even saw a deer the other day. The super is fantastic, she always responds in a timely manner and is very friendly. As soon as I moved in to my unit the super walked through the place with us and anything we needed fixed was done a couple days later within a couple hours (by a professional). All in all, very happy with my choice to move here.

I have lived in St. Andrews st apartments since February. Jackie is an amazing super, very friendly, gets things done accordingly and is always out and about and easily found. The stairs and hallways are looked after regularly. The entrances are clear of garbage, and the building is fairly quiet with a lot of nice tenants.

Not worth it. They keep raising rent but don't do any repairs. Our bathroom ceiling has had black mold on it for months and the people they hired just painted over it. Once the mold came back, we were told that we need to wipe down the ceilings after every use (so unrealistic and absurd). Closet doors don't close and they ask us if it's too full as if we're idiots. We've also had mice because there is a crack in the kitchen floor, wouldn't fix it- the solution was us putting duct tape over it. Hallways and stairs are cleaned maybe every 3 weeks if you're lucky. These buildings are a disgrace. Only reason I'm stuck here is because houses are too expensive.

I have lived in the 135 woodside ave building for 4 years almost. It's a great place. It's made many improvements over the years that have made it much more secure. The buildings are close to schools, park and a plaza. The landlord always answers their phone and if not within a few minutes they will contact you. Any repairs I've needed done are fixed within a few days. Neighbours are nice.

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience here (135 Woodside Ave, Cambridge). Our landlord (Tony) is excellent, whatever you need he will take care of it. The property itself is well taken care of (indoors and outdoors). The tenants are very friendly and respectful. It is a great location (close to schools, shopping etc) and a safe environment. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.
