I met Derek Chase through my personal insolvency. Already I was feeling low, devastated, embarassed, but upon my first discussion with Derek over the phone, he put my mind at ease and let me know I wasn't alone. That helped a great deal and made me feel like I could finally get ahead despite the past mistakes I made. When I met Derek in person, his demeanor is calm and professional, he offers great advice and listens to his clients so together the best financial plan can be made that works. He went to bat for me against creditors and although my creditors declined, I appreciated the support he gave me through the process. I have received complete and thorough service from Derek Chase & Associates regarding my situation. There is a monthly payment due on April 2nd 2020 that I will be unable to complete due to an error with CIBC. My cpp failed to deposit on March 27/2020 as the transit # was incorrect. I am informed that corrections will take between 5 and 30 days. I called today (01/04/2020) to arrange an e transfer as soon as these funds are placed in the proper account.
