I don’t recommend this firm. They provided incomplete information and when tried to get more clarity from them, unlike their name, I didn’t receive any response and at most got rejected and asked to pay more and to sign new contracts in order for my simple questions about their already paid and produced reports to be answered.

I experienced the opposite treatment from their competition firm so I decided to twitch firms as they offered 30 minutes free conversation and they had the most comprehensive open concept public website. She is friendly and knowledgeable and worked for the city of Edmonton before.

Work with people that respect you as a client and not trying to gouge you every time you ask a simple question.

Clarity is not providing any clarity in zoning and planning and the environment is hostile and unfriendly.

I don’t recommend clarity for your planning needs.
