We have lived here for more than two years, and this place is fantastic. Constant facility improvements, covered parking, quiet and friendly neighbours, gym, $1 laundry on every floor, and I have a fantastic view. Big shout out to Rick and the rest of the staff. They are amazing and take care of the building and its tenants in the best way possible. All repairs are taken care of almost immediately.
I highly recommend this building.

They don't vet people before they let them move in so you get unscrupulous people. I had to leave because they let a domestic violence brother and sister that would get drunk and fight, breaking and throwing things in the unit and off the balcony. Myself and other tenants reported them to the RCMP 7 times and management did nothing. They also let a guy move in next door with a steady flow of strange people coming and going and I suspected drugs. I had the female upstairs come knock on my door looking for drugs. I'd see homeless people strung out and wandering in the hallways and stairwells after sneaking in the lobby door. The stairway doors were often jacked open so people could get in the building. The manager is hard to deal with and if he doesn't like you will make your life difficult. Pot smoking isn't allowed in the building but people smoke it anyway and I reported the guy below me for smoking pot and management did nothing. The windows and balcony doors are old and it gets very cold in winter. A tenant down the hall left a cigarette burning on her balcony and it started a fire at 4am and she was screaming for help and the fire department came to put out the fire. It's not a safe place to live. There are always water shutt offs too.

I have lived here going on 4 yrs now and have enjoyed living in a clean well kept bldg. Inside and out. The team managing and cleaning and repairs are all excellent friendly people, very helpful too. Love living here. Martha

My family has called this place home for several years now and we do not plan on moving anytime soon. Boardwalk has their best staff working at this site. Concrete floors, elevators, sheltered parking, fitness room, laundry on every floor, downtown views, 24/7 call center, parks, schools, sled hill foot steps away yea I like living here. Neighborhood is a bit rough, but it is what it is.

Boardwalk employed amazing people including Rick, Karen, Boni, and Ian. Karen and Boni make sure the building is kept spotless both inside and out. Ian always takes care of my suite's maintenance with efficiency. Rick constantly follows up with us when we let him know about the suite's circumstances. They were all pleasant and helpful if I had an issue in my suite. They were all approachable even when I was simply walking down the corridor. Every one of them was wonderful. Many thanks to Ian, Karen, Rick, and Boni.

We have been living at Cloverhill Terrace for almost 4 years now and are very content here. The staff are amazing, any repairs are done quickly and efficiently, if needed, and they do a great job of upkeep. Our neighbour's are great, and any that are disruptive, (very rare) if any, are quickly warned and then removed, if they don't deserve ahome here.

I loved living at Cloverhill Terrace. The management is great, the building is well maintained. I love that they are always trying to improve the features and surroundings. The rooms are spacious and maintenance team is on point. Special shout out to Rick for responding timeously and making arrangements to ensure tenants are comfortable.

I love living here at Cloverhill. It's family oriented and all ages are welcome. Manager is very friendly and tries to solve any issues very quickly. Residents are friendly and relatively quiet on the whole. It's a nice place to live
