To begin with, please don’t try to justify your mistakes in Google reviews by responding that you’re good at what you do. I have seen some of your justifications for the negative reviews you got. We have reached C Note, and as a couple, our experience with your service and the tax returns we received was extremely disappointing.

We didn’t even get 30 percent of our expected tax returns. On top of that, your team made a mistake while filing our taxes and then charged us an additional fee to correct an error that was clearly your fault. When I questioned this, a staff member whose name I unfortunately don’t remember told me it was our mistake, not theirs. He even said that if it’s their mistake they will refund the extra charged fee, no show yet.

To make things worse, one of us received just a three-digit tax return, which is absolutely upsetting. We’ve filed tax before and have received a reasonable amount back. When I mentioned this, the same staff member asked me to send those previous tax return details to them, completely unprofessional.

Overall, this was the worst experience we've had. Train your staffs at least to be polite towards customers, the service was unacceptable.

Very disappointed with C-note Tax. The staff don’t seem well trained, and it took several follow-ups before anyone responded, only after I said I wouldn’t pay until my issues were resolved. Some agents were also rude, and I’m not the only one as my friends had similar experiences. This will be our last time filing with C-note. It used to be much better when Cino personally handled returns. If this attitude continues, I can’t recommend them to anyone.
