Why are people allowed to smoke in the underground parking? How does that make sense? You increase parking to $160 + lung cancer? It's an enclosed area. Anyone can leave a cigarette or weed butt and oil from a car and that's kaboom, its underground. Let them go outside with their dirty habit. For is for property 155 nonquon.

I am appalled to read on the Facebook about Cobblestone Property Management and have notified others to contact the Companies Office to see who the directors of this crowd are and also the directors of Valiant Rental Properties, their affiliate so they say. The banning of Mr. Ball's Canadian flag displayed off his own balcony space is nothing short of deplorable. These people deserve a severe public shaming, a roasting and need to answer to this repugnant and insulting decision and action on their part. Shame on you Cobblestone Property Management. I encourage any and all residents anywhere in Canada to object to being
told whether or not they can display our nation's flag.

You should be ashamed of yourself Cobblestone Property Management!!!! Exactly how much damage do you think the weight of a plastic pole and a flag could cause to an iron railed balcony This sounds more like a scam to me to have your tenants pay for any property damage out of their pockets instead of you having to pay for it out of yours. As your assistant to the property manager said that they would be charged for damage to the building, not the balcony, the building! You should be ashamed of yourselves for denying any Canadian the right to proudly fly their country's flag!!!

Only because you have to give at least one star for a rating. Informing a tenant to take down the Canadian flag for our 150th birthday is absolutely ludicrous. They must be a great company, they don't even have their own website. They are affiliated with Valiant Rental Properties If this is correct then that company needs to be shamed as well.

I want to say thank you management ? and our new superintendents for the amazing job .
They are always around cleaning steaming the hall mats.painting hall way .even cleaning the garage container. The first time I feel the building looking inviting in a long time.

This place is a disgusting shame. Telling their tenants that they cannot fly Canadian flags. 8 years a tenant was living there that had their Canadian flag flying off the balcony with no problems and is now being told they can no longer fly our flag!! What a disgrace!!

Unbelievable!!!!! How can they make residents take down there Canadian flags. I say residents should call in the building inspector to see if this building is up to our government codes!
