A++ Service!! Kim Stanley was an amazing help through the entire purchasing process. I have an extremely busy schedule (12hr shifts, 6 days a week), she found exactly what I was looking for, was extremely accommodating and helpful due to short closing/possession window (<2weeks) and was extremely thorough and quick to respond with multiple changes being required throughout the duration. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to by in Fort McMurray.

Trying to rent from Jessie and her team felt like high school very snoty and rude . I fit all the criteria and was given no reason to be turned away. Even had the entire year of rent up front . So rude would never recommend now going through this . And places where so dirty

I rented a property for a year and a half. When I moved in, the house was dirty as they just had the floors replaced. Sawdust everywhere.
The driveway, couldn’t see it. 2 ft of packed snow, level with the road. I had to pay to get someone in to remove the snow. Couple hundred there.
There were marks that were left on the master bedroom from a wall mounted tv I presume.
Move out time, they are making me pay for the repairs on a wall I never messed up.
Piss poor company in Fort McMurray.
Jesse Wyatt and her admin Julie are outright snots, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
I’ve asked for pics of the wall prior to me moving in, and they cannot prove I did the marks.

I was unsure about using Coldwell banker again after a less than average previous experience with a different realtor(no longer with CwB). However Paige redeemed this brokerage!

I worked with Paige to purchase my home in abasand. She is everything you could want in a realtor, knowledgeable, honest, and open minded.

This is my third property purchase and Paige outshined all the previous Realtors by a long shot. Her local knowledge was incredibly valuable to me. During our first viewing she pointed out a few things I wouldn't have noticed and even crawled under a patio to have a better look.

She also puts up with the crazy site worker schedules and offered to work on her day off to help me do my final walk through.

Don't settle for anything less, I'm glad I didn't.
