We had great experience with Matthew Best & Colliers International. While still searching for a commercial property we phoned few realtors about properties we were interested in - no one answered their phone, no one called back. Matthew answered his phone - so that was his first BIG * ... and everything after was even greater. His knowledge, patience, professionalization, his attitude was "working for client interests" instead annoying pushy sales attitude with no grounds just desperation of losing a deal , replying to his emails and phone calls every time, etc. made us feel really confident that we are in good hands. We knew even if this deal doesn't go through next one will - and it will be with Matthew. Our deal went through and we are very happy with our new location for "Appliance Outlet".
