Was called once, buddy told me he was disconnecting because I refused to give my address middle name and complete address right down to postal code.They refused to tell me the reason for the call until I gave all my personal info. I called back, they knew immediately it was me and yet again tried for the exact same info when they clearly knew who I was. I instructed them to remove my number from their call list, if u receive another call I will be contacting the better business bureau. Scam company.

Yesterday they opened couple accounts for collection against me, but thing is its all fake, my bills and credit cards payd in timely manner for last 10 years. Their actions dropped my credit score by 92 points but dont worry guys im not planning to pay a dime and I already submit complaint to authorities.

They have some fool working for them named Abdullah who called to tell me I had an account in collections. I got the name of the business from him and called the business directly. I called him back to say it was a mistake but I could follow up in 2 weeks time with confirmation. We agreed on a date for follow up two weeks into the future.

He called me the very next business day to ask if I had made a payment. Lol

Then he got aggressive and tried to intimidate me by threatening to ruin my credit. I couldn't take him serious. Have a nice Abdullah. Good luck.

These scammers continue to harass me about an epcor account that never existed. They can't give me an account number, epcor knows nothing about this supposed unpaid bill, and at the address they claim this bill existed at, it was my roommate's name on the account. I had never had an epcor account myself at that point in my life.

I honestly believe that they bought information with my name, phone number and this old address and simply fabricated this supposed debt using that. They're literally scammers except I can't even call the police because they'll just claim they're "collecting a debt" which is legal.

I used to work for these people some time ago while going through a tough time. Let me highlight some of the experiences I had here:

- a manager encouraging his subordinates to harass me whenever they could.
- a co-worker yelling insults from across the room while nothing was done to prevent it even after letting the manager know
- an elderly co-worker slandering me while I was trying to do my job know full well I was going through tough times
- another co-worker making comments about my work and my personal life in a slanderous fashion knowing full well I would have been fired by the manager if I said one word to him
- A general atmosphere and culture of toxicity where senior staff and management will make fun of, bully or otherwise step on newer folk as a way to boost morale

I also want it to be made clear I was hired in a group of 5 and I was the only one left out of that because, again, I was in need of a job during a tough time in my life.

Take my advice. If you're ever in need of a job and you're desperate, work anywhere but here. You will not be treated well by design and your maltreatment will be ignored for the sake of making the lives of toxic people easier.

I’ve been trying to get something paid off and the people that work here are absolutely useless and don’t bother actually helping.

They don’t know what they are doing and they’ll just tell you that you have to give an account number which you might not have and in my case I don’t and they can’t even pull it up. Give them all the proper security questions and they can’t even pull your file up for a while and then they’ll tell you well I need an account number even though you don’t have one and you specifically said that.

They don’t listen or read here

I see a charge on my credit report. I’ve been trying to resolve it for weeks now, never taken an ambulance, hadn’t been to the hospital or doctors for anything serious, I do have full coverage. I contacted AHS and they said that I do have FULL COVERAGE, so it’s pretty weird that I have this charge. And when I contacted these a-holes they 1. Keep talking over me, 2. Don’t try to get in contact with me when I leave them a message, best part is, 3. Give me a fake AHS # and told me that’s what “a client” gave them. Some type of scamming scheme going on here. And to see all the other reviews like mine just makes even more sense.
