I couldn't have asked for a better experience for our kitchen renovation than what I got with Rodney! He is incredibly knowledgeable about their products. He communicates very well, and always takes the time to explain the pros and cons to ensure you're making informed decisions about the money you're spending. I also had some VERY specific ideas about what I wanted and needed from my kitchen, and he was incredibly patient and kind throughout my creative process. We worked with Diane in Nanaimo to redo our outdated kitchen and bathroom vanities in our condo and she was amazing to work with. Super efficient, creative and accommodating, flexible and patient. We were doing our renovation long distance from Alberta, which was very challenging and caused the project to drag out for months. We really appreciate the support and patience Diane and the team showed us. AND we LOVE our new kitchen and bathrooms. Great customer service, professional and friendly team. I have no doubt that their products are good. Their pricing, however, is a joke. The price they quoted me for two kitchen pantries with install, was $8,362.00. I then inquired at another company in town (Top Choice Cabinets), and for the same material (wood), with the same door style (shaker), same dimensions, two pantries, and with installed they quoted me $3,129.00. That's a $5,233 price difference for the same product. I'd expect some small price variation, but that's huge.

When part of the original cabinet materials arrived with the wrong finish, the company took full responsibility without hesitation. Within 2 days, they had recut everything, delivered the corrected materials to our home, and picked up the original — all with zero hassle.

Had a smooth experience with Ahmed at Comsense (Duncan location) when we updated our kitchen. We chose the Flat-Pak option, doing the installation ourselves. Each cabinet came individually labelled and included all the hardware needed for assembly. The quality of the materials is geed. A couple of minor errors were made in the packs, which were quickly corrected once we let Comsense know. Also a shout-out to Sam in the production shop, who was helpful answering questions about the assembly. We recommend Comsense if you need quality cabinets.

I recently had Comsense install a Murphy bed and storage units and it was a very pleasant, positive experience. Greg could not have been more helpful and provided excellent ideas, input and detailed drawings. His communication was excellent with prompt responses to all my queries.
