This is the worst property management in the city. They have fake cameras as they say they are working, but they don’t. My packages have been stolen and nobody does anything about it on the other hand. We have a huge German Shepherd dog in our hallway who is constantly barking and not allowed to have huge dogs in the building so where do the rules start and where do they end? Concise is terrible. I would give a 0/5. They need to improve. And not lie.

Terrible Service. Nick Smith is an absolute pain to deal with. Never answers, never calls back. Guy needs a new line of work. Good luck dealing with them.

Nick Smith at Colyvan Pacific is fantastic. His humor and ability to get everyone on the same page make our strata council meetings smooth and productive. Nick's knowledge and organizational skills mean we never worry about anything slipping through the cracks. He seems to always be up to date on the newest precedent or regulation changes, and clearly has a lot of experience from working with a wide variety of councils and his networks.

Compared to other property managers I’ve dealt with, Nick is probably the best. He communicates well and the 24-hour emergency line has been helpful and friendly when it was needed. Nick's a genuinely good human, and I'm grateful for his excellent service. Highly recommend Colyvan Pacific because of Nick.

This company is an absolute utter excuse for a joke. Not only have I accommodated time for a viewing once , that got canceled , I accommodated it a second time & once again got canceled on. How are you suppose to rent out places when you constantly cancel on people? Not only canceling on me, but I took time out of my day to move around shifts at work which entailed losing hours which means losing money out of my pocket to accommodate this stupid company that had no intentions of letting anyone view the place. I don’t know how you’re still around or in business? Absolutely disgusting & the staff member I was talking to tried to bully me on social media when I explained how rude it was of them to constantly be canceling on people and making them lose money to accommodate their stupid schedules. PLEASE stay away from this company, they’re horrible & very entitled. I have never been bullied by a leasing person before EVER in my life till I came across this company. The person should be fired & this company should close its doors completely. Absolute trash company!

Nick Smith is one of the most awful property managers. He is argumentative and condescending. He minimizes serious problems. If you call him on anything, he will not respond to any emails. As an owner in the strata, he seems to forget that we pay him! Nothing but inaction from this management company.

If you are part of strata and consider go with Coli-van. It’s absolutely terrible choice

Coli-van pacific is absolutely terrible choice.

As a service company, a good service should be putting the strata benefit for most, and have some integrity. CP for short of Coli-Van take about 1/3 of cost of each month strata fee, take 5-6 days for any reply, and manager over 50 strata in Nanaimo. They are like the Mc-D or Low-bxlaw version of giant company. Only care about PROFIT INSTEAD OF doing service for any strata

This is a classic example of terrible service.
1 never mention any solution she try to reach for the waste company.
2. Never mention any time waste company will pick up my compost.
3. Never mention if compost will be pick up today as our strata compost day.

If as a strata company, can not even give a clear solution and reply of the simple waste management error. How do you trust she manager and book-keep all your ten of thousand dollars of strata money.
