Great experience with Concord Engineering. Quick service and well priced. We dealt with David Oliver who was a wealth of knowledge. Once at our property he gave us lots of great advice and was amazing to deal with. His report was done in a timely manner which helped us proceed with our permits. He’s very professional and friendly. Thanks again.

We had Concord drawing for 2 support walls removal and installing a support beam for an open concept in our house. Chris was always available for answering questions and communicated well with our contractor. The price was affordable and right on the target. Great job!

Concord engineering was fantastic to deal with. We had Matt and Chris to determine if a wall was load bearing and could be removed without further support or not. Always available and were easy to set up an on-site appointment with. Highly recommend.

The technical work was fine, but we would not recommend this company for two reasons. First, their accounting was sloppy. To invoice us, they sent a spreadsheet containing two tabs, one for our bill with a blatant, arithmetical error and the other containing a detailed invoice for another client. Secondly, a dispute over a substantive charge on our bill was never resolved to our satisfaction.
