I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. My mother had a confirmed appointment, including an email confirmation with the date, time, and provider. After traveling 40 minutes to get there, she was told at the front desk that she did not have an appointment and must have the wrong location. When she presented her confirmation, the staff acknowledged that it was indeed their clinic and their doctor, yet she was not in their system for that day.

Instead of apologizing for the error or offering to accommodate her at the earliest availability, she was simply told to go elsewhere. This level of disregard for patients’ time and effort is unacceptable. Fortunately, we were able to secure an appointment at another clinic, but this experience was completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of this office.

Excellent service, positive experience.
Hearing Care Professional was efficient with process, care and use of hearing aids and helpful with any questions and concerns. Admin. staff, welcoming and efficient with billing process and guidance with insurance claims. They made it clear they are available to assist or answer any questions and concerns in person, at the office, by phone or online.
Very pleased with new hearing aids.

Very friendly and helpful staff that made me feel welcome through the whole process from testing to the purchase of my hearing aids. There has been a big improvement in my hearing from when I was first fitted and now 2 days of regular use.
