As a Realtor and Property Manager, I have dealt with almost every Condominium Management Company in Calgary in the past 18 years. I first want to qualify how subjective reviews on the internet are. I know this because I am in the industry. The fact that some are not satisfied with their management is due to multiple factors, such as building age, involvement of the Board, contractors, scheduling, personalities involved and other factors beyond one's control. Having said this, Connelly and Company is one of a few in Calgary, that I would recommend. For those that claim I may have been solicited to write this review, like the few bad reviews on Google. I have no reason to. I know the good companies from the rest.

I’ve been working with Greg at Connelly Management to assist a client in the sale of their property and it is incredibly refreshing to receive prompt responses from a property manager at a management company. Most companies direct you to call centres or promise a call back (that never comes), and Greg has been extremely helpful throughout the process.

Called many times about Miss Disney at Coventry on the Cove Condos about feeding the birds and squirrels and who the hell knows what. We have a huge bird problem but nothing is done about it. As I stand here typing she is feeding them. Useless. Useless.
Ha ha ha Miss Disney now has a Skunk bedding beside her balcony from feeding the birds. Gosh KARMA and anyone who meets mama skunk and her rath.

In my opinion, this poorly performing company should not exist. They excel at tearing things down but fail to rebuild. My living room sustained water damage due to an issue with another apartment, and there has been no resolution for over six weeks. The contact person I have, Janis, is skilled at counting the days on the calendar but is not addressing the real issue: fixing the problem. Poor and slow communication.

A big shout out to Greg Birrell and Connelly and Company Management for their efforts earlier today.

I showed up at their office in Calgary and was hoping to obtain some past Board meeting minutes for a condo complex where I was in the process of selling a unit.

Time was of the essence and despite Connelly no longer being our property management company, Greg passed along the documents by email in short order... and this is despite our current management company (and Board of Directors) not being able to get me the information I needed in a timely fashion.
